Many of us NCOA HS umpires need some volunteer games for check-offs. As UIC for Fair Oaks/Orangevale LL, I list all of our Junior, Major and Minor (AAA) games on Arbiter/RCOA for self-assign. We have a great baseball environment that provides a solid opportunity to volunteer while working on your mechanics for 90 ft (Junior) and 60 foot bases (Major and Minor).

Happy New Year and welcome to the 2011 Baseball/Softball Season. As many of you probably know by now, for High School Baseball and Softball, we as an Association will fall under the umbrella of the Northern California Official's Association (NCOA) based in Sacramento.

NCOA Baseball Umpire Meetings are open to all those wishing to learn or develop as umpires. Our Goal is to improve the level of Baseball officiating in the greater Sacramento area.
