9:00 – 9:15 Basic 8+ Demos/Practice (Ball, Strike, Safe, Out, Fair, Foul, Time, Play)
9:15 – 10:00 Group Demos
10:00 – 12:00 Rotation #1 (consists of 3 equal sessions)
10:00 – 10:40 Session #1
10:40 – 11:20 Session #2
11:20 – 12:00 Session #3
Station B1: (60ft mechanics - 90ft will be the same)
BU Starting Position A establish & adjustments (SPA)
Ground ball on infield (no runners on base)
- Left side of the infield – 90 degree angle
- Right side of the infield (normal) – two steps fair
- Right side “pressure”
PU movements by priority (demo only)
PU movement on ground balls on infield (no one on base) (demo only)
Station P1: (This session uses a split station format – a & b below)

Watch: Routine/sequence:
- step into H/T/H/T,
- squat into set position,
- pitch track,
- stand-up with signal & call,

- Double plays from starting position B or C (demo only)

On base hit to the outfield – “inside-out” rule & “working area” development
Special rotation plays:
- R1 to 3rd
- R3 & R1 with R1 to 3rd
- R2 & R1 – R2 tags & advances to 3rd (unless in 10% down RF line)

Hey Level 1 guys. Be sure to sign up and attend this Sunday. It will give you a huge head start as we get into 2 man mechanics next Monday night. Not to mention, it's all part of your participation requirements in becoming a NCOA official. I see a few of you are already signed up....I'm hoping to see a lot more names from our classroom on the list soon.

Congratulations to all, Instructors and students alike. It was just a great turnout at the Maidu Roseville clinic yesterday. Couldn't count the people that showed up to do this clinic. I am sure they learned someting from all the instructions given. Agan, congratulations, just a GREAT TURNOUT.Happy to have been part of it.
