Beginner to Intermediate Level focusing on 60ft mechanics
Possibly could add 90ft within stations & split into 2 substaions

9:00 – 9:15 Basic 8+ Demos/Practice (Ball, Strike, Safe, Out, Fair, Foul, Time, Play)

9:15 – 10:00 Group Demos

10:00 – 12:00 Rotation #1 (consists of 3 equal sessions)
10:00 – 10:40 Session #1
10:40 – 11:20 Session #2
11:20 – 12:00 Session #3

Station B1: (60ft mechanics - 90ft will be the same)
BU Starting Position A establish & adjustments (SPA)
Ground ball on infield (no runners on base) 
- Left side of the infield – 90 degree angle
- Right side of the infield (normal) – two steps fair
- Right side “pressure”
PU movements by priority (demo only) 
PU movement on ground balls on infield (no one on base) (demo only)

Watch: Upper half stance basics/alignment:
- Waist
- Torso
- Head 

Watch: Routine/sequence: 
- step into H/T/H/T, 
- squat into set position, 
- pitch track, 
- stand-up with signal & call, 
- Step back relax 

12:00 – 12:30 Lunch 

12:30 – 12:45 Basic 8+ Demos/Practice (Ball, Strike, Safe, Out, Fair, Foul, Time, Play)

12:45 – 1:30 Group Demos

1:30 – 3:30 Rotation #2 (consists of 3 equal sessions)
1:30 – 2:10 Session #1
2:10 – 2:50 Session #2
2:50 – 3:30 Session #3

Station B2, B5 & B6: (60ft mechanics, could split into separate substation to accommodate 90ft mechanics)

Starting Position B (SPB):
- Pick-off/steal 
- Ground ball – working area (not a double play)

PU positioning on grounders on the infield:
- Move up 1st base line
- Move up 3rd base line
- Stay home

Station B2, B5 & B6: (60ft mechanics, could split into separate substation to accommodate 90ft mechanics)

Starting Position C (SPC): 
- Pick-off/steal 

Plays on the Infield:
- Ground – Developing Working Area 
- Double plays from starting position B or C (demo only)

Station B4: (60ft mechanics, could split into separate substation to accommodate 90ft mechanics) 

On base hit to the outfield – “inside-out” rule & “working area” development 

Special rotation plays:
- R1 to 3rd 
- R3 & R1 with R1 to 3rd
- R2 & R1 – R2 tags & advances to 3rd (unless in 10% down RF line)
