The President of Robinwood Little League, Huntington Beach, California,
asked me to create a free online e-learning for LL green book rules. Umpires, managers,
coaches, players, and parents might find it nice to have this resource
available 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week/ 365 days a year.

Rules
2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 9 are up  and running. Rule 8 will be up within a
week. Rule 7 within 30 days.

much more planned once I get the basic rules up and running; this is
