Great service

I just had about the best customer service you could imagine from Honigs. I ordered a long sleeve shirt, but they sent me a short sleeved one. I called them, got a real person, and in under three minutes he'd looked up my order and understood the problem. A new shirt is on the way along with a return shipping label to send the other one back.

No hassle required.
