Time Limits

Is there a list with the time limits of each league. I ask because several time at the plate meeting the limits discussed have varied from 1:50, 2:00, 2:10, & 2:15. Then later when it comes time to impose the limit or not the coaches start to say that the time limit is different from what they agreed on. I know to stick with what they originally agreed to, but that has varied from game to game at the same fields.
Also Little League regulation VII (d)states that only the first game of two on the same night and field may be permitted a time limit & regulation VII (h) states that no Major division game shall have a time limit except under VII(d). Whereas, Babe Ruth Local League options allow a league to adopt a 2:00 time limit and games call due to the time limit shall be regulation games regardless of innings played. I'm not sure about Pony Leagues standing on time limits (but its probably wacky like their leading off and balks rules for the small field). I would just like some clarification on this issue.
