Many of you are being asked to step up & help the group grow and improve ...

Ratings, rankings or evaluations are problems for all organizations. So much so that NASO conducted a conference on this subject in 2002.

The attached document reveals some of their findings. How can we modify & adapt our procedures to reflect the changing needs of the group.
